These fees apply when services are provided on a self-pay basis and are not submitted to an insurance plan. This is a partial list of commonly provided services. Examination type and additional services are determined based on your individual clinical needs and the complexity of the examination.

Vision Exam (Glasses Rx included), New Patients ($110)
Thorough evaluation of vision and prescription glasses when needed. Eye health will be observed and managed but may require follow-up care for further evaluation when needed. Dilation encouraged.
Comprehensive Eye Health Exam, New Patients ($165)
Ocular disease focused exam requiring additional treatment, management, and evaluation. Ie: diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disease, vitreous floaters, dry eye syndrome, and other. Dilation strongly recommended
Eye Health Exam, Problem Focused, New Patients ($100)
Acute eye problems. Ie: Red eyes, irritated eyes, watery eyes, sudden onset blurry vision, and other.
Refraction (Glasses Rx), a la carte ($55)
Contact Lens Services (in addition to exam and refraction)
Existing Fit Eval ($55)
Spherical Fit, new/change ($60)
Toric (Astigmatism) Fit, new/change ($85)
